Students got the opportunity to learn about the different kinds of Jamaican foods that were on display in their class. They got to eat sweet Jamaican potato pudding, roasted breadfruit, coconut drops, grater cake, and gizzadas with a cool drink of lemonade. Mrs. Miller-Isreal and Mrs. Brown-Smith had a discussion with the students about the food items. They were excited. They were also dressed in African outfits to top off the day as they continue to learn about our culture.
